We are working as hard as we can to get the materials into our warehouse, manufactured and delivered to your door.
Please bear with us in these trying times.
Simfinity operates on an order and build service, there may be times where we have the parts available and can ship them right away, in other instances; you will need to pre-order the desired product/s.
○ Custom Design – Delivery date will be estimated at checkout, but you can typically expect 6 – 8 weeks between ordering & delivery for customised designs.
○ Pre-ordered – Delivery date will be estimated at checkout, but you can typically expect 4 – 6 weeks between pre-ordering & delivery.
○ Stocked – Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after we have received payment.
If you made a mistake in the ordering process and the box is undamaged and factory sealed.
Contact our Support Team at sales@simfinity.com.au with the details of your order (ie. Name, Order Number, what you ordered and what you were meant to order.
We will not have the means to provide a refund for a mistaken order or a change of mind, however we can offer a store credit to the value of your purchase price (excluding shipping).
Responses may take up to 72 hours
Note: We will not be accepting returns for a change of mind or opened packages.
You should have received a confirmation email within 4 hours after you have placed your order. If you haven’t, please get in touch with our support team at sales@simfinity.com.au with your details and what you ordered and we will check on this for you.
If your product has arrived damaged, please get in contact with our Support Team at sales@simfinity.com.au with the details of your order (ie. Your Name, Order Number, Damaged Products and photos of the box & damaged product.
We will ask you to ship the package back to us, once we have received the package and it has been checked, we will ship the replacement.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in contact with our sales team at sales@simfinity.com.au with the details of your order (ie. Your Name & Order Number)
Upon ordering your product, you should receive a link to the instruction manual.
If you haven’t received your manual, please email our support team and we will we be in touch.
If you’re not able to find what you’re looking for in our collection, send an email to sales@simfinity.com.au with the details of what you’re seeking and our friendly support team will gladly help you.
You can find the costs for shipment of your order once it has been added to your cart.
